A Houston native and graduate of The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, Fran holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Before entering the insurance industry, she spent over 20 years in social services, serving as a patient advocate at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and a victims’ rights advocate for the State of Texas and Child Advocates. These experiences continue to shape her client-first philosophy, grounded in empathy, clarity, and commitment to service.
